Grace is a certified Silva Mind Method instructor. She is a graduate in psychology major and holds a Diploma in Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy. A great listener, motivator and a strong believer of a harmonise relationship are some of the core values and trait that she holds. Grace looks forward to work with people who wants to achieve maximum personal growth and overcoming the inhibitions that prevents them. She wants to help by developing courage, strength and awareness in her students and ultimately helping them to be living in the present moment and the understanding of oneself.
